What is Co-living?

Co-living is a shared, sustainable, and affordable living space that often focuses on community.

What kind of common spaces do you have specifically?

We have communal lounges and work spaces throughout the building and a laundrette located on the ground floor. As we move up the building, the the indoor gym can be found on the mezzanine floor whereas the garden together with the outdoor gym are on the 4th floor. The Co-Coon hub located on Level 19 is split into Co-Live and Co-Work. Co-Live offers a shared kitchen and dining area, communal lounge and entertainment zone. While within the Co-Work side, an open office space, meeting room, discussion area, library along with a printing and photocopying room. At the top of the building, the “Sky Deck”, we have a yoga/meditation space, BBQ pit and outdoor lounge area with KLCC skyline.

How many private rooms are there?

We have a total of 174 private fully furnished rooms available with single and double occupancy. Apart from the different views that we offer, you also have a choice of rooms with ensuite or shared bathrooms.

How much does it cost?

Out of the 12 types of rooms we offer, our cheapest room costs RM800 per month. This includes all bills, community events and use of all facilities.

What is included in the price?

We adapt the “one bill pays all” concept. Your monthly bill covers room rental, utility bills, WiFi, access to all the common spaces, community events and not forgetting the Co-Coon team to create an amazing experience for you.

How do I go about if I want to move in?

You can fill in your information here. Our team will contact you as soon as possible. We will need a RM150 registration fee, along with a minimum one-month rental deposit. The deposit is 100% refundable at the end of your rental period provided that the room is returned in its original state and the terms & conditions in the tenancy agreement are satisfied.

What sort of events I can expect when I move in?

A wide variety of cultural, sports and entertainment events such as a Movie Night, BBQ Party, Yoga class as well as outdoor activities are awaiting for your participation. You can learn new cultures and meet exciting people at no extra cost.

Can I organise my own event?

We have plenty of common spaces such as the rooftop terrace, main communal lounge, dining area and garden, all of which can be used to host events for other people in the building. Just discuss this with the Co-Coon team and they will assist you!

How do I pay my rent?

We accept debit card, credit card and Alipay.

What is the length of tenancy?

We offer a flexible contract according to your needs, however the minimum length of stay is 3 months.

Can I decorate my room?

It is not recommended to hammer or stick anything onto the wall. Any damage incurred will be deducted from your deposit when you leave.

Can I have friends to visit?

Yes, of course you can invite your friends to your home.

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately not

Will someone be able to sign for my parcels if I am not around?

Yes our team will take care of this for you. Then you can come by and pick it up when your back.

Is there parking on site?

Yes, residents can rent a parking space for their vehicles.

Is there a curfew?

There is no curfew but we recommend you to be respectful of other people that live in the building. The noise level should be kept at minimum from 12.00am to 5.30am.
